This Privacy Policy explains how Learn with Swasti (LWS) collects and processes your data. In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 , Learn with Swasti acts as the Data Fiduciary , while our technology partner, Graphy, acts as the Data Processor .

1. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect only the information necessary to provide our educational services:

  • Identity & Contact: Name, Email address, and Mobile number (verified via OTP).
  • Learning Progress: Course enrollments, lesson completion, quiz scores, and certificates earned.
  • Community Interaction: Posts, comments, and messages shared within our community forums.
  • Technical Info: IP address, device type, and browser information for security and optimization.
  • Note: We explicitly do NOT collect or store user profile pictures.

2. PAYMENTS

All payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay . Learn with Swasti and Graphy do not store your sensitive card details or bank credentials. Razorpay handles all financial data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. DATA PROCESSORS & SUBPROCESSORS

We use trusted third-party services to ensure a seamless learning experience:

  • Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS) India.
  • Communication: SendGrid (Emails) and Zoom/Daily.co (Live Classes).
  • Analytics & Media: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Imgix.

4. STORAGE & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your primary data is stored on AWS servers located in India . However, certain processing activities by subprocessors like SendGrid and Mixpanel may involve data processing outside of India. We ensure these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses and high security protocols.

5. YOUR RIGHTS (DPDP ACT 2023)

As a Data Principal, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: Request a summary of your data and processing activities.
  • Right to Correction & Erasure: Update inaccurate data or request deletion of your information.
  • Right of Grievance Redressal: Register complaints regarding data processing.
  • Right to Nominate: Designate an individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity (via manual request).
